The dates impacted will be:
China
– There will be 1 working day the shops are closed on September 25th for their Moon Festival (similar to our Thanksgiving)
– Also, there will be 5 working days of closure from Oct. 1st – 7th for China National Day/Golden Week holiday (similar to our July 4th)
Taiwan
– There will be closure for 2 working days, on Sept 25th & 28th for Moon Festival
– There will be 1 working day closure on Oct 9th for National Holiday
We have been forewarned that if you expect fabs in October you need to place those orders next week the week of 9/21 or they will most likely be pushed to 10/8 timeframe.
As you know in the contract manufacturing world this is beyond our control and we will rely on you greatly to plan accordingly. Otherwise we will quote according.
