Heidi has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing leadership, technical sales, marketing, and operations. A roll-up-her-sleeves problem solver, Heidi, and her team provide clear, actionable solutions to their clients. Her customers have access to Heidi’s deep network of experts at the nation’s leading original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) as well as at research institutions.

Heidi is a Colorado manufacturing industry evangelist, bringing her partnership expertise to public-private collaborations. She is a founding board member for Northern Colorado Manufacturers (NoCO) and has organized several women in manufacturing professional development and networking events. Heidi developed the Colorado Center of Excellence for Additive Manufacturing with Lockheed Martin, Ball Aerospace, and Colorado School of Mines. She conceived a research center for additive manufacturing and worked with leaders at Mines, OEDIT, and Manufacturer’s Edge to establish the ADAPT Center in 2016.

In 2020 Heidi worked with other manufacturers for the Colorado Manufacturer’s COVID Task Force to help address health and safety issues related to the COVID-19 pandemic and helped Colorado businesses retain an estimated 5000 jobs.
